Home in on our History and Heritage at Fearn Abbey, Tarbat Discovery Centre or Dunrobin Castle. Follow the King's Route at Tain Through Time Museum. Sample the 'water of life' at nearby Glenmorangie Distillery. Take the ferry to the Black Isle and see the Bottlenose Dolphins and the seals. In season of course there are the Highland Games and Shows which are such an important part of life to both Highlanders and visitors alike.

In 10 minutes you can be on the beautiful, clean, safe, sandy beaches of Portmahomack or Shandwick Bay. Alternatively, engage in some retail therapy at the new Eastgate Centre in Inverness, just 40 minutes drive from your cottage.

In just over an hour, having travelled through the stunning scenery of the Highlands, you can reach the west coast of Scotland. Discover the many attractions of this beautiful west coast including the tropical gardens at Inverewe.
