From 1st October 2023 the Scottish Government required owners of self catering accommodation to obtain a Certificate of approval to operate a Short Term Letting Property and Planning Permission.  We do not consider these regulations are fair or proportionate and they run the risk of increasing cost and reducing the number of properties available.

We have permission to operate a short term let from a planning standpoint and have applied for a Certificate to operate, all as required.  Our reference is FS-Case-548153258.  Our Energy Performance Rating is E.  We are therefore legitimate!

With this new legislation we have to tell you more about the property and so we have prepared a booklet which will be sent to you on booking and will be available in the property.
